Jiyotish Vastu, operated by Shree Shree Neer Kumar, provides Kundli, Numerology, Panchang, Vastu and consultation services through jiyotishvastu.com and the Jiyotish Vastu Android app.

Information we handle

Birth profiles entered for free Kundli features are saved on the user’s device. For paid Analysis access, we process the email address used for access. For consultation booking, we process the customer’s name, email address, mobile number, selected service and information voluntarily included in the question or notes.

Payments and scheduling

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not receive or store card numbers, UPI PINs or banking passwords. Appointment scheduling is provided through Calendly and is also subject to Calendly’s privacy terms.

How information is used

Information is used only to calculate requested reports, provide paid access, arrange consultations, confirm payments, prevent misuse and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and deletion

Birth profiles stored on a device can be removed by clearing saved profiles or the app’s data. To request deletion of consultation or subscription records, email neerajsinghal1964@gmail.com from the same email address used for the service. We may retain transaction records when required for accounting, fraud prevention or legal compliance.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian should provide any minor’s details only when needed for a requested family consultation.
